earthy n musty and intense. really complex but less so when it warms. held for 5 years, worth the wait.

It's taken time to decide what I think. It is musty & earthy and you have to get yr head around the big pinot noir influence. But I've decided I like it. Very earthy and rough and ready yet still multi layered and diverse! Definitely has to be tried.

Looks murky but tastes lovely. Great pinot aroma. Complex and vinous. Grapes, mouth drying oakyness, some jammy berries and dried fruits. Both the pinot and quad side are well presented. Confusing, curious and strangely balanced. 4.3

A strange one w/ 50% red wine and 50% quad. Both worlds on center stage at the same time. Messy, oaky & very red vinous. Delicious taste w/ plums, cherries, some tartness. Complex, interesting. Winner of the âMost red wine in my beerâ - award 2020. 42/50
