Idaho Pines

The pines of Wilder, Idaho don’t resemble any pine you’ve seen before; that’s because the sprawling fields aren’t pine trees, they’re hops crawling up their trellises. We brewed this pale ale with their most infamous local hop called Idaho 7, bred right in Wilder by Nate Jackson, which is super pungent with cannabis and pineapple gummy bear aromas. We teamed up Idaho 7 with our amazing Centennial hops which bring plenty of Christmas tree and bright lemon characteristics. It’s all about the hops in this one as we used the lightest malts around to showcase this electric hop duo.
