Oak vanilla & funky apricots on the nose. Taste sort of mirrors the aroma but is sweeter from the apricots. Noticeable tart/sourness from the yeast, which is mildly moderate. Biscuity maltiness. Crisp mouthfeel & dry finish. Very impressive.
