Aroma: caramel/toffee, brandy, oak char & spices. Noticeable booziness in both heat/sweet, in aroma & taste. Taste: dark caramel, heavy caramelized toffee, raisin, oak barrel char, spiced brandy. Thicc AF mouthfeel. It's good to be this ignorant!

Another sight for sore eyes! Pineapple & tangerine on the nose. Taste brings more orange than tangerine but is still nice with a bit of pineapple as well following afterward. Moderate piney bitterness. Dry finish, clean mouthfeel. Forgot this one!

Repeat. Jingle Brew! Mix of toffee & herbal/spice hops on the nose. Taste mirrors this aroma but adds to it as well. Lots of toffee, fig, raisin, date, cinnamon, clove & nutmeg while the earthy, herbal & spice hops arrive with moderate bitterness.

Classic West Coast pine & grapefruit scented hops on the nose. Taste at least is a bit more than pine & grapefruit with orange & phenolic like rye spice. Fairly bitter. Crisp mouthfeel. Subtle caramel maltiness as it warms.Winter classic as always.
