Cellared for a few years! When opened the cork didn't pop. Poured with some bubbles and fizz but tasted somewhat flat but not skunky. Dark, carmel color. Rich quad. Borders on fig, but not off putting. ABV still packs a wallop. Nostalgia from Wash Ave!

I really don't want to rate this since I was already pretty toasty when we had it. But it was yummy and made a bunch of bartenders from a Belgian beer bar very happy! Also, the cellaring probably helped ☺️
