C You & Raise You - Old School Double IPA

The C hops. We love them. Old
School American beers how they
used to taste in the late 90’s and
early 2000’s. Pine, Grapefruit,
dank, citrus, spice and a bit of
tropical. When brewers refer to C
hops they usually refer to the
classics - US Cascade, Centennial,
Columbus and Chinook. More
recently Citra has snuck in there,
very new world, big citrus and
tropical notes. So we have used all
of these, mainly old school Pine and
Grapefruit with a little other citrus
and tropical notes thrown in for
good measure! We C you and raise
