RETIRED Gutshot

Meet our gateway stout. All the bold flavors of its larger, imperial family members presented in a simple, nuanced, and sessionable format. At 4.1% Gutshot is the lightest beer that we brew, all while having one of the more dynamic flavor profiles. Roast barley and coffee dominate the forefront, then a subtle creamy milk chocolate all prior a clean, dry and satisfying finish. Stouts don't have to have a chewy mouthfeel or giant alcohol by volume. They do have to be bold and delicious. We just happen to effortlessly put all that into something so silky and crushable.
