Очень сильно плотно, считай фреш, аж жувать можно. Во вкусе из всех цитрусов доминирует грейпфрут и горчинка. Кисло, но прям в меру. Интересный эксперимент, но если убрать 1 из цитрусов особо ничего не поменяется.
