We are a nanobrwery in Tunbridge, Vermont that opened in the fall of 2015. Currently we brew nano batches on a dual 2.5 bbl (5 bbl capacity, , where we experiment with beer styles that emphasize hop-centric (APA, IPA, DIPA), malty (stouts, brown ales) or yeast-influenced (saison) ale styles. We are opening a tasting room in South Royalton in the fall.
Our First Drop American Pale Ale, Cloud Drop DIPA, Moove On Up Milk Stout and Hip 2 the Hops IPA, and Little Farmhouse are brewed in Stowe Vermont on a 50 barrel system (Von Trapp Brewery). We have a small barrel-aging program and have released small bottled batches of an imperial stout and a citrus strong ale. We look forward to brewing more styles of beer soon.
