Treehorn Cider is a Georgia-based local craft hard cidery currently serving the Atlanta, Athens, Savannah, Augusta, Decatur, Marietta, Roswell, Smyrna, Woodstock, Gainesville and Sandy Springs markets. Made in Marietta, Georgia, Treehorn is local, sustainable and always delicious.
Great cider starts with really good juice. Not artificially flavored, generic juice, but juice from just-picked apples, bursting with flavor. Treehorn’s flagship cider is made with five hand-picked varieties of apples including Stayman Winesap and Arkansas Black, chosen for their complex flavors and tannins.
Treehorn uses fresh-pressed juice from regional orchards. The company is committed to apples grown as close to Atlanta as possible – no more than 150 miles away. Supporting local agriculture is good for sustainability, the state’s economy, the environment, and most of all your taste buds. Fresh tastes good for a reason.
Treehorn is fermented with a carefully selected (read: secret) wine yeast and allowed to mature for at least six weeks. Treehorn is naturally gluten free, and does not contain any filler ingredients or foreign concentrate like many mass-market national brands. Show Less
