Rooting around the basement and found a bottle I’d held on to. Some level of Brett or something else from the blueberries creeping in, adding some interesting dry notes. Colour is beautiful! Wish I had had it fresh.

Final bottle, and wow, it aged well. I think almost two years old, smooth, still boozy, but the honey is still dominant and it's mighty tasty.
