Easy to sip, but otherwise fairly disappointing. This beer misses the complexity and character I generally appreciate in Belgian blondes. It also lacks sweetness, despite containing honey. All in all, it's mild and passable, but nothing more than that.

Clear gold. I'm getting something on the nose. It almost smells like coriander, but it doesn't show up in the list of ingredients. Maybe it's just from the yeast. Some citrus in the flavour. Carbonation seemed a bit light.
