Trubucha Kombucha

First of all, our kombucha is not pasteurized and non GMO. We start by using the freshest ingredients and buying local as much as possible. In our base kombucha it’s important to us to always use all organic ingredients. Also only organic (rarely just natural) fruits, flowers or essential oil are used to flavor Trubucha. From the time the ingredients go into the tank to being kegged, kombucha never touches any plastic. The one time that it is in contact with anything except for glass or stainless steel is when we put it in a keg, and we use food grade silicon for that. Trubucha is made the way our founder and master brewer would expect all other companies to make it.
