Turned out pretty nice and brewed it in under 2 hours. Lots of banana and clove.

Last one, about a month old now still nice and juicy with less hop burn even.

Hopped this one more than any other ipa I've done before and the aroma is outstanding. Peaches, mango, pineapple, and some blueberry on the end. Still a tad green the aftertaste tho.

Aged this one for a few years and never carbed up so I poured it in an empty club soda bottle and carbed it with dry ice. Pretty roasty with some chocolate.

Used double the amount of hops from my last neipa and this one is definitely in the ballpark of an M-43. Juicy, soft, tropical.

3 weeks in the bottle very slight color change, still has a nice pineapple, passion fruit aroma, bitterness has mellowed a bit.

Bottling day sample. Refreshing, light to medium lacto tartness that just starts to get you salivating.

Shared last bottles with friends, 9 months of age made it really smooth. Chocolate, roast, light dried dark fruits.

Last bottle, wlp566 makes for a lighter, fruitier beer that is great for the summer. Will try out 565 this winter while the heat is on.

Tiny bit of vinegar on the aroma but the sweetness covers it up in the taste. 2/4

Last bottle, better fresher, you can really tell how oxygen sensitive hops are when you bottle condition a NE IPA.

Lots of pineapple, when bottling this my kitchen smelled like I'd just cut up a ripe pineapple, more breweries should be using Denali hops.

Backsweetened a tad too much for my liking but I think the people I made it for will like it. 2/4

I made it stronger this year and fermented at a high temp to drive up the fruity esters from the yeast.

3 months since I had this last and the flavors have melded nicely. Mostly chocolate with some light roast and dried dark fruits.
