Homebrew from my man Jose. 4.6% ABV,, but still has body to it. Hazy, juicy, a little tart, medium carbonation, and maybe Im loco, but I'm tasting notes of Belgium yeast.. great beer and very drinkable! Props!

Hazy pale ale home brew with HF yeast to replicate the Edward-Russian River Version.. Pale Ale and Caramel Malt, Warrior, Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook and obviously Amarillo.. slowly maturing to perfection and spot on the color..

Jose B: Missed the target ABV by 1% (4.6 instead of 5.6) and the mineral profile close but not as I expected but still an amazing soft and friendly beer to drink, will give it a few more weeks to see how this evolves..

Such a nice beer, this HF yeast is a monster.. bottle conditioning on point. Fine tuning continues, getting more softer, smoother and aromatic on the palate.. wish I had a Hill Farmstead Double Nelson to compare side by side..

2nd bottle, this is developing so nicely, lots of passion fruit and guava notes, some candy and earthy notes in the background too, mouthfeel also developing nicely as this matures, first time using 100% Nelson hops and digging this..
