Tarte raisin sec airop. Ayoye j'ai faim. Pis aoif. Y'a ensuite des grumeaux pis on s'en fout, c'est boozy aplenty et vraiment delicieux. Pas trop sucree mais tres intense. J'en veux encore et encore.

Un peu de levures belges et du sucre candi, tout en legerete. Gustative assez neutre et frivole, mais pas en finale; c'est tout doux mais tres certainement ecclesiastique. Un beau petit genre qui devrait etre pls connu, le Presbytere est bon mecène.

Plua brune que stout a l'olfactive. Cola et ensuite pour ceux qui s'adonne a la pizza pepperoni fromage poivre rose l'epice est indeniable avant la finale poivre noir. Une bonne stout bien posee mais pas pour les puristes.

Un nez de biscuit feuille d'érable. En bouche un grain présent en premier plan avec une belle finale érable. Brassée avec un cbampignon de la région c'est très bien fait.
