Au nez on retrouve le côté cuir et foin typique du cidre avec de la pomme, le tout assez discret. En bouche, on a une belle attaque acidulée sur la pomme cuite, du sucre sans trop. Une belle rondeur et une petite pétillance. Un cidre simple et équilibré.
