Une cervoise aromatisée au chouchen (miel très discret), assez riche mais douce, avec un côté fumé/houblonné bien présent. Très peu de mousse, caractère assez faible mais relativement constant et corps légèrement soyeux.

Très bonne cervoise fermentée, à la fois boisée et amère (mais amertume légère en finale), dans la plus pure tradition bretonne. Robe orange foncé, trouble. Nez assez marqué, caractère assez fort et relativement constant, corps rlvt ample et soyeux.
