Second Breakfasts. Another of these BDA beers I picked up yesterday. So my third of the Mt. SMASH series of hoppy ales they are making and finding them very inconsistent so far. New local brewery needs to refine things a bit. Other two were more malty.

Ferris B: This beer is more hoppy and refreshing, some tropical and lime notes but drinks more ephemeral like a micro-session IPA.

A bit murky brown pour, but creamy head is nice. Brown sugar carmelized bacon, some subtle sourness, sweet. Last night in Lausanne for a while. Props to this hotel for giving me the best room in the house (for my beer pics😂)
