白麹ヴァイツェンとのこと。色合いが既にヴァイツェンっぽくない。あまり華やかさはないが、おとなしめのバナナ香あり、ヴァイツェン酵母は使っているのだろうけど、白麹由来の酸味が強いな。全般にもったりした印象。挑戦的で面白いけど、バランスはあまり良くないなあ。
