Nice tart cherry aroma, and the bourbon barrel flavor comes through. Still not very sour but it works better with this flavor profile.

This is an old (multi-year) bottle. It's gotten a tiny bit of unintended refermentation but not enough to make it bad. Definitely fizzier! Oak stayed strong. No rating because bad sample.

CC-18 JUNE 2018 7.3%. Very mild fruit and acidity. Kind of a pink floral flavor. That is the guava. There's some oak/ tannins too.
