No date code on this one, either, but I believe it is under 1 month old. Sweet and hoppy, mineral-y. I am tasting less of the onion today, but it’s lightly there. Citrus, tropical fruit.

I didn’t find any date codes but this is 12+ years old. Delicious, and especially for the age. This is something that could age even longer. It doesn’t have the off-flavors from other 10+ year beers. Strong oak, dark dried fruits, light caramel, & bitter?

102125. about 3 weeks old. Current art is inspired by progresso instead of campbell’s (cease and desist?). This is quite good. Super smooth, medium/low bitterness, mildly sweet. Kind of dank? Mostly vague citrus/papaya.

Batch L082115-1 Best by 08-2017 (about 10 years old). Smooth and lightly tart. Roast, cherry, medium low sweetness. This isn’t oxidized but some barrel would help. Pretty good for the age.
