Love this beer. One of my favorite Hill beers. Liking this vintage better than ‘18. Taste: Honey sweet,dry flowers, tart, white grape/wine. Nose brings you to Spring up on the Hill in one sniff, fresh flowers, honey, Chardonnay, grass,white grape 🌼🍯

Civil D in 2020 most definitely. Nose lychee, pineapple gummies, wine barrel, kiwi. taste is similar to nose w/ lemon zest, wheat lingering on the tongue & white wine. Cleaner, funkier, lighter Self Reliance. Hops, hint of Florence puncheon in here

Was looking forward to this one. Closest to Peach/Pear we can get (but not close). Puckering Peach, Minerals, almost hint of Pear somehow, little astringent, kiwi. Much lighter in body & flavor than peach/pear. Wish body was fuller. Goes down too easily.

A lot of coffee on this one, decent amount of bourbon barrel/wet, reminds me of BA Everett a little. Oak heavy hint of licorice. That hint of spiced rum/dry feeling on the tongue & mouth is the Kieni coffee beans
