Nice sweet biscuity malt nose. Hop profile straddles fruit/berry & light white pepper earthiness. Finishes dry w/some lingering grassy hop

I’d be interested in trying this w/out-w/less honey. Nice oak character, just as present in flavor as nose. Honey sweetens dark, fruity malt

Bigger umami note than 14.1 version 2 my(unreliable)memory, over all quite similar..Roasty malt bittersweet fudge & solid bourbon character
