One of those beers that i can’t believe i have not tried yet. Loads of fruits with some sweetness. The base tripel tastes great, but the fruity side bothers me…a lot. Has a decent orange oil bitterness to counter the fruit sweetness.

Bottled in 2021. Sour and tart blueberries 🫐. I find that this fruit in sour beers is usually a disappointment. The fruit taste rarely comes out. This one does not change this. The base beer is good, but would need 10x the 🫐 for them to taste.

At almost 9 years of age. Brett is toned down, but funky. Citrus still present. Meyer 🍋, well balanced acidity and tartness. Light wood from the barrel dries things out with a fresh lemon juice finish. Time did this one well! #CellarSunday

Nice aromas of cereal and fresh cut hay. The palate reveals tons on cereal, but with some 🌽 and a sweet side that the beer could not have. Not as crisp and clean as i would have hoped.

Nice presence of the Riwaka. Tons on diesel notes combined with fruity and piney hops. Creamy, a touch boozy with a gripey green hop bitterness on the finish. I preferred the OG that was brewed. Still great though.
