Loving how the cilantro addition & dry-hopping shine in this one. Adjuncts totally make the difference here by adding lots of character & aromas to the already awesone base beer. Prominent tartness once again, but rounded up by herbaceaous & hoppy notes.

SPBW signature all over the place. Ultra tart mouthfeel beautifully balanced by the addition of spruce stems and a subtle dry-hopping which brings complexity, bitterness and dryness to the beer. Barrel is slightly present as well. Good stuff!
