Been a loooong time since I had this. Remembered the name but didn’t remember it’s 10%! Solid Belgian strong, even if it comes off sweet in the middle and mildly into the finish.

Had this freshly tapped in 2016 and now 6yrs later it’s full of beautiful Brett flavors of peach, apricot, funky pineapple, and still tons of bitterness and earthy dryness. Carb is perfect too. This is my Easter beer.

The last of my Phrenology stash. 8 years on. The Brett has laid back, it’s showing some lacto tartness and sharpness, and more malt sweetness than it probably had previously. Oxidation dulls the flavor, carbonation still strong tho.
