I would have liked some more rum influence, but as it stands this is just a very tasty American wild ale with raspberry. Moderately sour with a touch of sweetness. Citrus, wood and a hint of vinegar. Slightly milky for some reason, also a hint of ash.

By far the least of the hybrids, due mostly to an incessant soapyness that haunts every sip. More sour than the others, with less influence from the pastry stout side of things. Still interesting and tasty when you can ignore the soap.

Another expertly crafted fruit pulp smoothie by Black Cat. Sweet and chunky, light tartness. Humongous amount of cherry with some apple pie to finish it off. I van almost taste the implied cinnamon. Not much beeryness to it, but damn tasty.

Earned the Tovarisch! (Level 11) badge!

Very mild, sweetish and lightly bitter. Stone fruits, some banana and citrus. I wouldn’t say there is NOT a lot of flavor. But it’s subtle, easily drinkable yet interesting enough. The type of IPA you’d drink a whole case of and not get bored. Pleasant.

More like skin on fire with this weather, am I right? Honestly, this beer lives up to the average rating. Fairly sweet with a complimentary, unobtrusive bitter. Loads of pineapple, citrus and a hint of mango. No booze to speak of. Dangerous and delicious.

Not my favorite. A bit simple and sugary. Mainly marshmallow juice. Some chocolate. Very sweet with a big body and some booze. Hopefully a barrel or two will make this more interesting.

Incredibly bright and surprisingly delicious DIPA. Loads of candylike citrus, almost nonexistent pithy bitterness. Very refreshing, massively flavorful. Slightly tart and sweet.

I haven’t had a lot of Nevel, but this shattered my expectations. Classy stuff. Nicely sour and oaky on the beer side with wonderful, astringent red grapes on the wine side. Biscuity, slightly boozy and quite funky. Lovely.

Amazing stuff. The extended aging really shines here. Even though this is pastry sweet, it’s also quite complex and boozy. Not getting much wine aside from a bright vinous note. But I am getting lots of chocolate, bourbon, marshmallow and a hint of maple.

Crazy. First you get hit across the head with very tart and very sweet raspberry lemonade and if you wait long enough deep nutty milk chocolate finishes the job. Not quite like chocolate covered raspberries, more like eating a raspberry and then some choc

So far one of my favorite Spartacus brews. Soft and creamy indeed with a good amount of sweetness. Lightly bitter with some nice prickly hoppyness to it. Overall quite mellow with some bright touches. Citrus zest and pineapple.

Beautifully sweet, sticky and syrupy. A truckload of maple, some chocolate, some bourbon and a good amount of booze. Some hints of coconut and vanilla, but most of all maple rules here. Very tasty, very outrageous.

Fucking weird, but damn tasty. Can’t find any traces of beer, just tart orange juice with a large amount of vanilla. Can’t find the 11% either. Incredibly sweet. All kinds of wrong, but I’m really enjoying it. Old school whacky Omnipollo shenanigans.
