Citrus and yeast in the nose. Same comes back in the taste beautifully balanced between a saison and an IPA. Some hops, dry and yeasty. Fruity and citrusy. Good drinkability. Good

This is very good. Beautiful scent of roasted malts. Tastewise we get some instant chocolate followed by an intense roast of dark malts. Dry and bitter finish. Body is dry and rich, but light. Lovely

The only thing that this Kölsch has with a German is that it's very grainy and very refreshing. Apart from that it's malty, dry, even a bit sour. But drinks easily.
