Unique, reminds me more of a Belgian golden/hefe with banana and coriander notes ripping through the whole thing. A little grainier on the palate from the rye. Interesting approach!

One of the craziest things I’ve had in a long time. Completely off the rails. Dark black pour. Thin tan ring of head. Raw chicken bouillon aroma. Lots of elements coming together. Super complex taste. Dark fruit nuts and rice a roni. Just crazy.

Very pretty amber pour. Thick off white head that reduced. Cheesecake and bubble gum aroma. Taste is not overly sweet or tart. Very interesting. Cheesecake taste comes through.
