Mown hay, Brett funk, musty oak barrels, lemon oil & aromatic grassy herbs (possibly a hint of mint) on the nose; taste is dry, oaky white wine, bright lactic acidity & some on-the-turn pineapple dipped in cottage cheese, sprinkled with chopped tarragon.
