My fav Aus brewed classic pilsner. Beautiful soft grassy malt with a strong bitterness and a tiny bit of clove spice. Might put a few of these away before the start of GF weekend games. Oh and also, FUCK the Roosters 🖕

Looks can be deceiving. Straw light colour but it’s a bold hop feast of hops. Not the best from any of the two collaborators but a good representation of a typical westie

Two of my fav hops in mosaic and sabro but the Nelson is dominant in this one. A little bit of bread and grain over a light haze profile.

Past its use by.. good chance to taste the dolcita hop. It definitely hasn’t lost any prominent flavours. Big south East Asian fruit flavours dominate. Papaya, durian, dragon fruit.
Light aromatic summery style citrus overtones but a fairly dominant earthy hop root.
