Finally cracked this some 3 years later. Cellared great! Super effervescent, tart, fruity, funky... What more could you want from this style?

Eh, remember this being better. This batch is super thin and has practically zero head retention. Decent malt/hop balance to make up for it somewhat.

Love West Kill to death, and love this collab, but this one fell pretty short for me. Super pale, pretty weak taste. Watered down lager with a little hop nose. Can art, as always, is extraordinary however! Time for another Brookie!

Pale straw yellow, good carbination. An exceptional local example of a beer style that is not easy to brew. Perhaps a little over-bitter for the style, but otherwise really good. Excited to crush some more of these in the warmer months!

Usually enjoy their Silhouettes, but this one fell short. Ironically (as many of their beers are loaded with it), the vanilla is really lacking here. Maybe a bad can, this pour was fairly acetic and lacking the sweetness you'd expect with a "creamsicle"
