All the right ingredients - I love Barke Pilsner malt. Not as malty as I expected. A little fruity on the finish (what yeast did they use?). Going to let it warm a little.

Found two new-to-me Kölsch - this one all the way from Fargo ND!! I don’t think I have had a North Dakota beer before! This is much closer to what I’m used to. A nice beer - I will have to see what else they have available in SC.

Kölsch is a Kölsch glass! The aroma on the foam hit right at first. The beer itself has a little bit of a tart edge to it - a bit different from what I’ve had in Köln the past 3 years. I love the label art!!
