A thick viscosity and pour with a fine head that dissipates. A hint of sourness at first but its more smooth bitterness with raisins, dark chocolate and rum like flavours. Possibly a hint of vanilla.

Quite bitter with a good lash of liquorice when cold. It opens up when it gets warmer with port, vanilla, and chocolate. It's definitely a sipper as it's quite heavy.
