What a great RIS! Coffee and caramel evolving in a salty smokiness reminding of laurel liquorice. Long lasting roasty bitter aftertaste. Smooth and strong, but nonewithstanding the 10% ABV not boozy at all.

Strong, malty and fruity tripel. Bitter and herbal to prevent it from being to sweet and one-dimensional. Pleasant intermezzo whilst getting my stuff together in preparation of my vacation.

Somewhere between ‘just okay’ and ‘great IPA’. Tropical fruity, (not too) sweet with a nicely balanced hopbitter. Went well with my failed quesadillas (that did taste good though)

Must admit this is a great sour. Lemon, pineapple and Granny Smith (the apple 😉) make themselves known. Surprisingly and pleasantly dry. Quencher with a fruity tart finish. I’m not one for sours, except for the ones like this one! Great balance.

Subtle aroma of traditional European hops. Starts moderately malty sweet, followed by a noticeable herbal countertaste that’s very nice (if you like herbal, as I do). A typical Belgiany hopbitter cannot hide a delicate fruity sweet accent. Works for me.
