Roasty and dark chocolate malt character. Very dry, moderate bitterness, actually very refreshing for a dark beer.

Golden colour. Thick white foam, but settles quickly. Bready, almost cakey aroma, with some caramel and Belgian yeast. It has a solid caramel malty sweetness, balanced with a lingering hop bitterness. And there's some floral notes and a prickly spice.

Very light, almost watery. Highly carbonated. Has the aroma and taste of a typical wheat beer but seems quite muted in some respects. There is a refreshing bitterness however which gives it a thirst quenching characteristic.
