Billy is drinking a Mire by Mills Brewing on Untappd

Cork was a damp, which was worrying, but still good and fizzy and not off. Unique: gentle acidity, big apple fruitiness and a touch of sticking plaster – I hear ex-Laphroaig casks were involved. The finish is all medicinal notes, apple and gravel. Great.
