Purely anecdotal, but I feel as though peach among other fruits is often underutilized comparatively and maybe that's because its hard to get the right flavours to come through. This beer is a great example and in a saison no less for extra rarity.

The underrated and underappreciated dry hopped (in lieu of fruited) sour. This was quite nice and a refreshing change, speaking as someone who very much likes sours but suffers the occasional fatigue from the fruited. Varieties.
