Ale w/molasses & vanilla. Dark color, clear and crisp with a nice head. A sweet malt aroma (a hint of vanilla) and a brown sugar/molasses finish. “Sweet as pie.”

Excellent juicy Pale Ale. Balanced, light and nice grape-fruity finish. Light yellow, cloudy w/ a nice head. Paired w/The Cool Club & The Lipker Sisters @ the Backroom Lounge.

Nice taste and very balanced, BUT no real character. Amber color, clear with small head. Average Pilsner.
An outstanding ale! Smooth, well balanced and great taste. Excellent finish (mild fruity/malty). Light yellow, cloudy and crisp aroma. Paired w/a good friend visit @ K2 and a mushroom/Swiss burger.
