  • Stuart MacDiarmid: Mr L. Atlantic refers to the species, not origin. The salmon farmed in Australia are Atlantic. Those farmed in NZ are Pacific salmon.

  • Stuart MacDiarmid: I don't know what species they farm in Japan. They have a native species but I don't know if it is farmed.
