Darrell S.: Is it busy down there? Heading that way shortly.

Jonathan A. is drinking a Nelson Fog by Burnt Mill Brewery at Maison Du Biere
1/2 pint at MDB Elsecar. A very tasty IPA, loaded with Nelson Sauvin hops (perhaps my favourite hop of all).
Jonathan A. is drinking a Takes 2 To Mango by Disruption Is Brewing at Maison Du Biere
1/2 pint at MDB Elsecar. Looks like mango juice and tastes like it too. Murky and fruity, but not as sweet or creamy as I’d expect from a milkshake-style beer.
Jonathan A. is drinking a Plague by Eyam Brewery at Maison Du Biere
1/2 pint (£2.50) from MDB at Suppa Club with chicken shawarma kebab from Cleopatra’s Kitchen. A nice smooth stout; the coffee isn’t too overpowering and there are notes of sweet chocolate.
Darrell S.: Is it busy down there? Heading that way shortly.
Jonathan A.: Nowhere near as busy as usual mate. Almost empty inside, but the recent rain shower might have changed that. Plenty of room, no long queues.
Darrell S.: Cheers mate. Much appreciated
Jonathan A. is drinking a Little Juice by S43 Brewery at Maison Du Biere
1/2 pint at MDB Elsecar. A tasty pale ale with plenty of tropical fruit.
440ml can (£4.45) at MDB Elsecar. This is what I’m looking for in a milkshake IPA; smooth, sweet and creamy. This tastes like strawberry and cream sweets…and goes down very easily.
