This one was interesting. Tart cherries and fig combine together to taste like a nice stout went bad because of age. This was not a winner in my book, but if you enjoy those flavors, with some Maker’s Mark at the end, then this is your beer.
Well, it was nice to come back to this one. Didn’t recognize it based on the new can design, but I have had this since it’s time with the black and green label, then the brown one to now. Orange marmalade notes to the pine, that I thought was stronger.
This has some mango and guava with lemon and lime and a strange aftertaste that I can’t place. Lots of nice places helped with this but it is a strange brew. Thanks Richard G.!Earned the Better Together (Level 64) badge!
