Visually unappealing, but tastes pretty damn good. The coconut is subtle, bourbon and booze dominate this behemoth of a beer.

Pro tip, let this warm. Big notes of anise when cold which fade completely as it approaches room temp. Coconut is subtle which was a bit disappointing at first, but honestly this beer didn’t need adjuncts in the first place.

I’m not crazy about the sweetness in this beer, the meadow foam gives it an almost mead-like quality, but the coconut and barrel more than make up for it.
Good body, not overly thick. Pretty boozy for a Eunoia, and the marshmallow definitely pops. Not a huge fan of the campfire smoke on the finish, but a solid beer all around. PSA, gets much better as it warms…
