Cellared experimentally 2 years - Pour: froathy but quickly flat. Nose: musty paperback, leather, barnyard, citrus, gingerbread. Profile: tart lambic, sweet apple, earthy ginger and pear. Finish: musty cider. Held up well for a relatively low ABV cider.
