batch #4, slightly better than #3 at this age. last bottle, RIP

was gifted two more bottles of batch #3 back in september (thanks to my uncle marc). think it's faded a bit, but still excellent yeast and barrel presence. recently learned i'm moving to NB, and really wish there were still a brewery like this there

B3. Ca aurait l’air que c’est embouteillé en 2019. Brasserie fermée. Ça reste très bon, poivré, rustique, et léger . Acheter chez Picaroons en liquidation 2 pour 15$ excellent qualité/prix

batch #3, bottled 2019? fresh and lively saison, vinous with stonefruit and pepper notes. everything i'd want out of the style, and it aged really well! glad i got to try a valonray, would have been a huge fan of this brewery and wish they stuck around 💔

After sitting on it for a few years, I s’pose it’s finally time to crack this shit! Real funky, real sweet, and a nice bit of sour. Kinda like apple juice, or white wine. Whatever you call it, it’s pretty fuckin delicious. Cheers!!

I was skeptical about this one. However It’s OK. Has a Belgium yeasty taste and almost like a cider. Nice fizzle, refreshing. Somewhat good.
