Time the decade-long aging comes to an end. Tastes like smoked bacon dipped in chocolate aged in scotch. Incredible how well this held up!

Intense nose of decomposing forest floor & waft of peat smoke. Warm, caramel candied barrel stave w/ heavy char. Heavenly.
