Stir-up Sunday. Bit bothered this was going to go-over so after much debate decided to open it. Smooth, creamy, rich, dark, fruity, chocolate, a touch of umami… but so incredibly smooth it’s like a fruity chocolate mousse. Bought at the brewery in 2017.
