Very old lambic (>40 years), smells rhum and caramel, no bubbles at all, taste like apple juice without sugar, a touch of funk. Pretty good for a such old beer !

THT December 1989. Zwarte, olie-achtige substantie tussen kroonkurk en kurk die erg naar appelstroop rook. Weinig carbonatie meer maar toch duidelijk aanwezig. Voornamelijk rozijnen en bruine suiker in smaak. Niks zuurs meer in te bekennen.
