Dale W.: Stuart M. Lol yea not many ipa’s make it very long, with exception of a few.. Dogfish Head holds up well, as did Pliny the Elder when we had some.. bummer when he wanted his special occasion Zombie.. should add ‘wet cardboard’ to the flavor list 😂

Dr D.: I’ve never intentionally aged an IPA, however at any given moment I’ll have a few in the fridge that are months past the best by date. I can think of 4 different ones in my fridge right now.
